php can't connect to mssql...please help

Hello, I have a php/mysql site for a local realtor which also has to periodically connect to a remote mssql db. I have a new host which uses FreeBSD and compiled the FreeTDS library for me. When I place the code on my old windows testing server at home (PHP 4.2.3 Apache 1.3.24), it all works fine but the same code on my hosts servers (PHP 4.3.2 Apache 2.0.46) throws a funky javascript error and can't connect. I know FreeTDS works as it doesn't throw errors that it doesn't recognize the functions....just can't connect. to see the error...please go here: http://mwvre.dyni.net/search.php and do a search.
