With apache, check out the php.conf file located at:
/etc/httpd/conf.d
and modify it to be:
<Files *.php>
SetOutputFilter PHP
SetInputFilter PHP
LimitRequestBody 838860800
</Files>
That'll allow a full CD worth of information to be uploaded... :)
