Looking for a good PHP3 programmer

Dear PHP programmers, We are building a portal for the New York performing arts community called ActorsUpdate. Long needed by the community, our site has already attracted more than 1000 members and we have not even launched. We have a simple, sleek design in place and have built several databases already. The databases driving the site are being constructed in PHP3. Our programmer, a personal friend of mine, took on the task of creating our site as freelance assignment; unfortunately personal business has forced him to leave the project. Consequently, I am looking for a PHP3 developer or possibly a team to knock out our site. I will be interviewing possible replacements over the next two weeks. If anyone is interested in learning more about the project and possibly taking on the job, please send me your resume and two references. I look forward to hearing from you.
