oracle php

Hello friends, I have prepared a form and enter data there and post it to php scipt and it executes the commands. My problem is: on one form I can only handle update, insert or delete or find process. My question is I want to prepare 4 buttons for one form and each will call different php files because each php files will do update insert and delete. Do you have any examples? Thanks murat
