I have several virtual servers defined in my apache httpd.conf file and
I am setting different php include paths and php error log paths in
each.
In PHP4.02 everything was working just fine, but I have upgraded to
PHP4.03 and now I have a problem (no changes to the httpd.conf file
either). It seems like php is now taking the first php configuration
directive value that it gets to in the virtual host definitions, and
using that value for whatever virtual host I am trying to go to.
In the example below (which is part of my conf file with the IP and
domain replaced by junk) the Apache config directives work fine, but
the last two lines (which set php values) of the test.example.com
virtual host definition become the values for ALL virtual hosts on my
server.
If I swap the order of these two virtual hosts the same holds true,
whatever php values are set first, become the values for ALL virtual
hosts.
Can anyone shed any light on this problem? Like I said before, this
worked fine in 4.02. Many thanks is advance.
example httpd.conf:
<other stuff before this...>
Port 80
ServerName example.com
NameVirtualHost my.ip.add.here
<VirtualHost my.ip.add.here>
ServerName test.example.com
DocumentRoot /usr/local/apache/test/htdocs/
ErrorLog /usr/local/apache/test/logs/error_log
php_value include_path "/usr/local/apache/test/lib"
php_value error_log "/usr/local/apache/test/logs/php-errors.log"
</VirtualHost>
<VirtualHost my.ip.add.here>
ServerName mysql.example.com
DocumentRoot /usr/local/apache/mysql/htdocs
ErrorLog /usr/local/apache/mysql/logs/error_log
php_value include_path "/usr/local/apache/mysql/lib"
php_value error_log "/usr/local/apache/mysql/logs/php-errors.log"
</VirtualHost>
