Hi Emiel! Yes it is, and with PHP it's very easy. Anyway, if I wrote it here it would be a loooong story, so please take a look at following website: http://www.phpbuilder.com/columns/bealers20000904.php3 There is a column about making file uploads easy. You may modify the example, given in the column, suitable for your needs. In fact you can use the example and just add a code which reads uploaded file and sends it to your list members.
