Hi!
I have a Problem opening an overwriting a file via fopen. Just look at the
Errormessage! If the file doesn't exist, everthing works fine. But appending
or overwriting doesn't work.
Warning:
fopen("ftp://...@www.mgm-d2.de/public_html/mgmd2/angebot/callya.htm","a+")

File exists
What is the problem?
