Other than PHP happening to be on the machine, how is this even a PHP issue?...
Wild Guess:
Do it just like you did PHP, only with ithml instead of php3, and pointing
to the path for ihtml engine instead of php.exe
If that doesn't work, ask the ihtml folks, whoever they are.
