Why not use the SWF functions in PHP? I'm not sure if the web site
documentation for PHP includes the SWF functions but the CVS version
certainly does.
Otherwise you can use Flash to post to a PHP page and send the variables
back from the page in the form of a querystring if you're using prebuilt
swf files.
