The two don't follow. Go to download.com or sourceforge.net, and
install PHP Triad [remove Internet Insecurity Services Personal Edition
first]. This is an all-in-one install for a proper web server (Apache),
PHP and MySQL.

You need to change the settings so that .php files are opened with php.exe. Do it in the PWS
settings. (Or, better, don't and put PHP Triad on instead.)
