For a win98 is best solution personal web server with php. Apache on
win is very slow. I recomending you use a PWS.
Problem can be with a scripts. Check this: In PWS publish select a
Advanced. Select a directory in what you want to run a scripts. Edit
properties and check the execute check box.
And for sure read the manual distributed with PHP.
