Hallo
I want to exchange data with a file.
Delphiprogram <=> many PHP-Programs.
if Delphi is writing, then PHP can NOT write
that is what I want, but
if a PHP-script is writing, then ALSO a other PHP-Script CAN WRITE the
file
and this is the problem I want that only one PHP-Script can write to the
file at same time.
????? WHY ????? HELP ??????
