('c:\apache') and type 'apache'. See what error message is given. If it a parse
error in the conf file, you will need to correct it by editing httpd.conf and
running Apache again.

Subject: [PHP-GENERAL] Cannot Initialize PHP4 / Apache 1.3.12
Security Level:? Internal
Hello--
The install list couldn't help with this one, so maybe someone here can
help. I did a fresh install of PHP4 and Apache 1.3.12 (on Win98) and now
always get the following error message:
Error: Apache has stopped unexpectedly!
This happens after a few seconds when I attempt to start Apache. (I
also use ApacheManager.)
Anyone encounter this before? Can you direct me to where I could find a
solution to get PHP4/Apache working?
Thanks,
Margie
