Well, the best Database which works for PHP is MySQL, you can use it on
Windows and I think C++ is not a problem.
or (because it is windows) you could try SQL...

I need a database to use with PHP. Also, a possebility to access to
database with C++ would be finem, too.
The whole thing should work on windows 98. Any suggestions, which
databases I can use ?
