hi
have you tried to load the dll at startup by enabling them in the php.ini?
i THINK i remember that if you use ISAPI.dll you can't dynamically load
DLLs.
i have installed php4.0.2 on 98+pws and it works with oracle 8i.
( but i have only tried with OCI*-functions...)
