Is there any alternative to crypt() which should work under the 'official'
builds of PHP4 distributed at PHP.NET???
Shouldn't anyway such an important function as crypt() be incorporated into
the official builds of PHP, or is Micro$oft builds going to be always a
little more incomplete or buggy than UNIX versions?
Please don't suggest me to change ISP and use *NIX instead of NT (I'd love to
do that ASAP), but for the moment we will have to be working under this
platform, and since there is a PHP port to M$ platform, we would expect to
have the same functionalities without having to depend on an ISP and perhaps
expect him to install the build available at www.php4win.de....
Please help!
TIA,
Paulo
