It doesn't work for me with PHP 4.0.3 under IIS on NT4. Every system() and
exec() call launches a CMD.exe shell, but the command I am trying to send is not
being executed. I'll try it under Apache, but I won't have any control over my
user's choice of web server.
Thanks,
Bob Lutz
