hi list,
got a problem and cannot solve it. That's the situation :
expat-1.1-1,
apache-1.3.9
php-3.0.16
included xml
libiodbc-2.50.3
myodbc-2.50.30
made make on expat, edit the Makefile of expat :
libexpat.a: $(OBJS)
ar -rc $@ $(OBJS)
ranlib $@
make libexpat.a
mv libexpat.a /usr/local/lib.
made an md for /usr/local/include/xml
ln -s for xmltok.h and xmlparse.h
in /usr/local/src/apache_1.3.9 :
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/apache
in /usr/local/src/php-3.0.16 :
./configure \
--with-apache=../apache_1.3.9 \
--with-iodbc=/usr/local/iodbc \
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql \
--with-xml
make and make install
in /usr/local/src/apache_1.3.9 :
./configure \
--prefix=/usr/local/apache \
--activate-module=src/modules//php3/libphp3.a
and then trying to do a make results in the following errors :
gcc -c -I../os/unix -I../include -DLINUX=2 -DUSE_HSREGEX -DUSE_EXPAT
-I../lib/expat-lite
../apaci util_uri.c
util_uri.c: In function `ap_parse_uri_components':
util_uri.c:468: `uri_delims' undeclared (first use in this function)
util_uri.c:468: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
util_uri.c:468: for each function it appears in.)
make[3]: *** [util_uri.o] Error 1
make[2]: *** [subdirs] Error 1
make[2]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/apache_1.3.9/src'
make[1]: *** [build-std] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/src/apache_1.3.9'
make: *** [build] Error 2
Now the first question :
I didn't have a src/modules//php3/libphp3.a, it's a libmodphp3.a, so I tried
out with libmodphp3.a, but same results.
Also tried out was doing a configure without libiodbc and myodbc - same results.
Have also tried without expat, but then I don't have xml available.
What can I do here, what's going wrong or am I forgetting something here ?
Your help is very welcome, indeed.
bye
