And to make matters more frustrating, I am seeing the correct values in
the phpinfo() page!!
*BUT* I am behind a firewall!! WinGate to be exact and it is under my
control. Can PHP Send() be configured for firewalls? Could this be a
problem? I have no problem with IE? No special settings!
