Permission Denied Problem!!

Hi Guys, iam trying to create a html file using a PHP file as below : $file=fopen("file.html","a"); fputs($file,"<Html>"); fputs($file,"<body>"); fputs($file,"<form>"); fputs($file,"<input type=text name=category>"); .... .... fputs($file,"</html>"); This works absolutely fine when i executed this file in localhost. But , when i uploaded my php file in remote host and then try to execute this php file from there. html file is not created and iam getting an error like: Permission Denied .... My Question is: How do i Tackle this ? what should i use to set the permissions of the file?? or Rather what exactly is the problem here why am i not getting my html file created using php file. -- Kapil Web Developer Archean Infotech Ltd.
