AND (DATE_SUB(CURDATE(),INTERVAL 1 HOUR)<= tblchatglobal.cgtimeposted)
CURDATE is wrong here, as it only returns a date. NOW() returns a
datetime. Try....
AND (DATE_SUB(NOW(),INTERVAL 1 HOUR)<= tblchatglobal.cgtimeposted)
