Nusoap , wsdl and class methods

Hi there, I am trying to work out how to use the Nusoap package, its pretty cool but a tedious one to configure. What I am attempting to achieve is executing a class method either via standard soap or wsdl and return it as an array or xml. I have attempted to setup a service as classname.method but it keeps returning service is not setup. Any ideas ? There was no documentation with the zip file.
