If he is still working on yhe poll there must be something he didn't understand about what I asked him to do tonight. Any way, he told me today he just made the changes Rune asked him to (the transparent pixel thing) and started working on the links which I think is something he can manage by himself (that's what I need) because it's the third widget he starts and he already knows how the model works. I will ask him to fill all the missing templates for the rest of the elements (not necesarily HTML elements but closely).

Also, it was quite awkward to have that other guy here this morning for an appointment with Sandino when Sandino wasn't there. I don't know what happened, but it sucked. The appointment was mainly with Rune and Mónica for having them to know Yohsuke. What I need is to have him working even though we take the risk of offering him an amount of money without the warranty of finishing; otherwise I need to know I will not count on him and start doing the HTML container myself.

I would really like more docs on what people are supposed to be doing, As for today:

Sandino: Tree structura and admin Javier: Links and refernces containers, default templates for elements Torfinn: Menu widget Rune: Mockups, content Mónica: Content Erick: Content Beto: Nothing (at least for me) hOiKa: I don't know but she can be useful for something......

or this whole thing is going to fail miserably. I have no idea which modules, or what exactly, Yossukhe (spelling?) is supposed to be doing, The HTML container with spliting HTML files into multiple pages and per-file attributes.

You will just need to provide a directory with all the HTML files and the admin will index all of them and ask for each one's attributes (title, author, etc..... not defined yet).

or what Javier, or indeed Sandino are doing for that development. Really, guys, this has gone way too far into oblivion, and it's scaring me alot. We just need to stall Asisa enough time to let us work. The scaring thing for me is to keep accepting concurrent full time contracts when we still don't have enough resources. I have my only hopes on 1. Javier (he is improving slowly) and 2. Johsuke (I don't know him but I saw clean and somehow robust working code from him); if we can not manage to count on them (or somebody else in the future) I will always have to be working extended time to fullfill the development needs and that means (from my part) missing appointments and having an unpredictable schedule.
