I have CGI 4.0.3pl1 on my 133mhz 192mb nt 4 sp4 box with mssql 6.5. I
can use the file sessions without any problems. Also, this is the first
time the time limit function has actually worked. It is much faster
(30%+) than 3.0.16. Have not yet tried the ISAPI due to this is my
development box for 102k user production intranet.
