I'm hoping someone on this list can help me with something I've been struggling with lately...
I have a php based web page that I'd like to have load an include file only when it is Tuesday 11pm - Weds 1 am Eastern Standard time (USA). At other times I would like my page to load and alternate include file.
If someone could help me with the code or point me in the right direction it would be very appreciated.
