Including ASP from another server

I'm working on a website that is written entirely in PHP. We have many .inc files that are included to give our site its layout and look. I've been able to pull in ASP pages from another server that we run and include it in our site so that it looks like the rest of the site with our "look and feel". The ASP page that we are pulling includes a form, and once someone fills out this form, it brings you to another ASP page as a confirmation/info page. The first problem I am running into is that the included ASP pages are all returning relative links, so, the submit and other features of the form aren't working because they are pointing to the URL of webserver that the page we included from is on. This can easily be fixed by modifying the ASP to use a full URL. The most important problem that I can't seem to figure out how to fix is that when the ASP page is bring you to the confirmation page, it brings you to a different URL and breaks outside of the layout of the PHP site. I just started with PHP and ASP, and the only possible solution (although not an easy one) that I can think of is that the ASP form would have to to pass the information to server that the PHP site is run on, and then that server would have to pass it to the ASP server, and then the opposite for the return path back. To make matters worse, the server that has the ASP pages on it is behind a firewall, and the site needs to be SSL. I hope I was able to explain this well enough so that you can understand.
