Well, I must've missed this thread, but does anyone have any idea why form uploads using 3.0.17-dev are totally busted?
If I submit a form with the enctype multipart/form-data, the thing just sits there as if it were in a loop, until it eventually times out. Even if it's posting to a _blank_ document.
