Has anyone out there found a way to get information from a USB device running on their computer... what i am trying to do is retrive the fingerprint ID that the Microsoft USB fingerprint reader returns for a finger print and put it in a webpage form??? There has to be a way to do it... The method you choose willl *have* to live on the client side, and unless you are planning to install PHP on all of your clients, then your solution will *have* to be written in another language.
