for radio buttons use the same variable name for all the options,
then use $radio_name or $HTTP_POST_VARS['radio_name'] (if your `method'
is post).
for checkboxes, you can use a variable name as `checkme[]'(in the form) which
will make available (in PHP) an array $checkme[].
best thing to do first: play with this and point the `action' of your form
to a phpinfo() page. Then examine what was send and what variables are
available.
