do you have this in your php.ini extensions? extension=php_mysql.dllyes
Make sure you extension path is referencing its location also so it can find it... for example: extension_dir = "c:/php/ext/"I changed this and now I can connect to MySQL! Haven't runa query yet, but I think I'm past the roadblock. Thanks so much to all who helped. Linda
