Phorum 3.2.3 Released!

Ok, if you have been around Phorum for any time you know that like WinNT service packs, even releases always have bugs. So, 3.2.3 is out and here is what was fixed: Removed nowrap on subject column. Fixed REGISTER_GLOBALS hack to use the correct GPC order Upgrade script was only updating the first table. Fixed t_maxid error. Removed PHP4 specific code. Secured the drop forum function. If you hack on the admin you could cause some files to be deleted without realizing it. Now, if none of these problems affect you on 3.2.2 don't bother. One more thing. There were updates to the language file definition. So, if you did not use english you will need to update your language file.
