Well, if it's a set of fields you want unique youcan make it a unique key in
MySQL (assuming it's MySQL). I believe Access can also do this.
Or, before inserting the data, do a select on the data first to determine
whether or not it's in there. If the select statement returns zero rows, do
the insert.
