This is very straightforward. When they enter their email address, look it
up in the database, generate a new password (it's a bad idea to mail out
passwords that people have chosen because they might use the same password
for other things and you never know if someone else has gotten into their
mailbox), and send it to them with the mail() function.
Which part are you having problems with?
