Yeah, it's OK, to do, but maybe you could create an array in your while loop
and then, make a for loop, read the staff from array and update the data..
and/or
you could play with your query, updating so more things at a time.
Cheers

I have an array that contains new values for a table. Can I use an "update"
statement in a while loop?
I seems like a lot of overkill and waste of resources.
Any better ideas (heck, ideas that will work would be cool).
Nothing found elsewhere...
TIA,
Shane
