Yes, you can see the php source code. You should not see the php source
code.
Try making sure that this lines are in your httpd.conf file:
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
AddType application/x-httpd-php-source .phps
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php3
And change <?php to <?.
