One of the DLLs you are loading in php.ini is already rolled into php.exe,
and double-loading it is messing up the headers.
Comment out all the DLLs, and add them back one by one until you find the
one that's causing that header. Comment it back out and continue. (You
don't need it cuz it's been rolled into php itself)
This is fixed in CVS.
