I have a problem - ColdFusion can only <CFINCLUDE> other CF files.
What I would like to be able to do is to have a html/cfm/php file
which is run through both the CF and PHP parsers. Having a .php file
do an internal request for a .cfm file and including the results is
_not_ suitable - that would be too easy. <grin>
At present, Apache/1.3.9(Solaris) has PHP/4.0b4pl1 compiled as a
module, and ColdFusion 3.1.1 as a mod_so module.
It appears that CF strips out the PHP tags as it is processing the
file, because adding ".cfm" to the PHP AddType line in httpd.conf
does not work, and the PHP tags have disappeared from the result.
Here's the server-info output for CF:
Module Name: mod_coldfusion.c
Content handlers: type-coldfusion
Configuration Phase Participation: none
Request Phase Participation: Check Type
Module Directives: none
I have the mod_coldfusion.c source, which compiles against a binary-
only libcf.a to create mod_coldfusion.so.
Thanks for any help.

Myth: The US Army paid $800 for hammers
Fact: The hammers were made of beryllium for use near klystrons. Beryllium
is tougher than steel, nonferrous and very expensive. Since a klystron is
made of glass, surrounded by a magnet that will suck in a normal tool from
2 feet away and costs upwards of $8000..... Buy the damn hammer!!!
