php/mysql library catalog

I have a simple mysql database of approx. 7000 book records that I would like to query and send results to the web using php. I am using an ISP hosting service. My database structure is like this: id int(11) No 0 auto_increment author varchar(50) title varchar(150) publisher varchar(50) year varchar(4) subject varchar(50) abstract varchar(255) notes varchar(100) url varchar(100) item int(4) Yes Can someone please point me to a pre-existing script that would be easy to modify for my purposes? I'd like to have the author and title columns searchable and the entire record searchable by keyword. I want to use a drop down menu for the subject column that would display the list of books in each category. I've played with a few things and have a couple of sample scripts that I'm working with but want to ask the php community before I go forward with anything. Thanks, Rick
