You can "get" "any" of them by prepending a $ so in this case :
$REMOTE_ADDR
so :
echo $REMOTE_ADDR;
or
getenv("REMOTE_ADDR");
I don't remember the benefits or reasons to use $ vs. getenv() perhaps
someone else can shed light on this, that would be wonderful.
