(PHP 4 >= 4.0.1, PHP 5) I'm trying to understand function definitions and can't seem to find any reference to the meaning of (PHP 4 >= 4.0.1, PHP 5) or variations there of, shown at the beginning of each definition. I get the idea it is telling me that the particular function is supported in PHP 4 & 5. But what does the >= mean? Also what is this line of the definition called (i.e. version support, edited ???) thanks, cw -- PHP General Mailing List (http://www.php.net/) To unsubscribe, visit: http://www.php.net/unsub.php
