also, i use a file called 'browser.inc' (oh that narrows it down :) and
cannot find its origin. while looking found these :

an sure others exist. but, what is wrong with getbrowser() ? i hear
browscap.ini must be updated but so what i will update it them! is this
not reliable enough to rely on? please someone explain this great
mystery :-) or do many use this function, iirc people do not.
