Hi.
I'm running Oracle 8 on Linux and want to access it from PHP4 (apache module) using OCI8.
Database was created with charset EE8ISO859P2. SQLPLUS client works correctly but OCI8 function in
PHP4 ocifetch() returns all chars in 2 bytes (unicode?). In the php script I tried to set the
environmental variable NLS_LANG to the same value as when running SQLPLUS client (CZECH_CZECH
REPUBLIC.EE8ISO859P2) without expected success.
Does anyone here have experiences with such a problem?
