strange behavior

I have been having a problem between the test box and a live server. Scripts working on the live server are not working on the test box. I wrote a script and when testing it local it was broken. I sent post to list, there was nothing wrong with it. I then put it on the online server and all is ok. With this strange behavior, I decided to do a simple test script. The script was a simple table dump to a web page (getting stuff out of the db seemed to be the problem). I upload to the online server first, all works well. When I put it on the test box I get this error. Could someone tell what this error means?
