I am not sure, Vladimir. I'd rather do it like this:
$GLOBALS["query$i"] = "WHERE fldId$i='" . ${"Place$i"} .
"'";
In your snippet, you would end up with a where clause lacking
quotes around the value, e.g. WHERE bla=bla instead of WHERE bla='bla'.
