Hi,
I have a question about timezones; I'm extracting the time an email has been
send from the headers of an email message. At a certain point i've got
the hour in a seperate variable and i've got the timezone in a variable.
Let's say the hour is 10, and the timezone is -1100. How can i make the
code return 23 as a result?
I hope someone may already have some code for this.
