i'm working on standalone computer with Apache for Win32 + PHP 4.0.3 cgi

my problem is when i try to put his code:
<?php
echo $HTTP_REFERER;
$refer = getenv("HTP_REFERER");
echo $refer;
?>
but the results are empty.The browsers (IE,Netscape,Opera) echo
nothing...blank...
What's happen ? and how can i solve this problem?
Thank you very much in advance.
