That means that the underlying ODBC driver is not able to tell you how many
rows the result set has.
You may want to try Metabase which is a PHP database abstraction package
that among other things it will figure how many rows the result has with
ODBC drivers or other database API even when they don't have a direct way
to figure the result row count. Look here:
