There seem to be two forms of people those who love PHPLIB and those who
love Prometheus..
Seeing as I found that everytime I used get_browser() it crashed PHP with
segmentation fault and so wasnt returning data, I tried the prometheus
library v3, the released version before anyone asks.
Well, the getbrowser part worked nicely except that it always returned that
IE was netscape..
and, when I got it to admit it was IE the version being returned was an
array unlike all the others so didnt quite work either..
I have a working object if anyone would like, please Email me.
