That's...well, it's not really very descriptive of the problem. :) Do
you have any more info, such as: PHP version, Apache version, OS, OS
version, what errors/difficulties you're encountering, what you've
tried thus far, what configure options you used, etc etc?
Otherwise there simply isn't enough information to even guess where to
start...so fire away and someone out here will probably be able to
help out. :)
BTW--which version of the manual are you using? The online version at
http://www.php.net/manual/install.unix.php
is sprinkled with things
like:
. . .
10. make install
11. cd ../apache_1.3.x
12. for PHP 3: ./configure --activate-module=src/modules/php3/libphp3.a
for PHP 4: ./configure --activate-module=src/modules/php4/libphp4.a
13. make
14. make install
. . .
