www.inww.com does this. I hide a file in each directory that stores the "real name" of the directory, then on each page invoke a function that explode()'s $PHP_SELF, opens each file and reads the name, then finally goes for $pagename, defined in each page. Works nicely. -- Jason Murray jasonm@melbourneit.com.au Web Design Team, Melbourne IT Give me ambiguity or give me something else. > -----Original Message----- > From: Kurth Bemis [mailto:kurth@usaexpress.net] > Sent: Monday, November 06, 2000 9:07 AM > To: php-general@lists.php.net > Subject: [PHP] you are here? > > > does anyone currently implement a you are here feature that displays > readable title form the file names? like "/test/signup.php" > translates to > "Home / Test / Sign Up" i'm trying to do it along those > lines......something like when you search at yahoo it shows > what category > your in and such...... > > ~kurth > Kurth Bemis - Network/Systems Administrator, > USAExpress.net/Ozone Computer > > There is no sin except stupidity. -- Oscar Wilde > > kurth@usaexpress.net | http://www.usaexpress.net/kurth > PGP key available - http://www.usaexpress.net/kurth/pgp > > Fight Weak Encryption!
